Gomosky 82, of 37 Preston Girardville, passed away Monday at Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street. Born in Shenandoah, she was a daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Navitsky She was member of St. Vincent de Paul Church, GirardviUe. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent M. Gomosky in 1998; a sister, Mary Kegolis; two brothers, children, Brayden and Nathan; nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent de Paul Church, Girardville. Interment will be in St. Vincent Cemetery, Frackville.

Born in Trenton, Jan. 15, 1920, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Helen Falatovich Bulcavage. She graduated from Delano High School.

She was a member of St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church, Mahanoy City Eva loved to crochet, cook and bake. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adolph Kurzinsky; a son, Randolph, in 1982; brothers, John, Was-sel, Michael, Joseph, Stephen and Frank; and sisters, Anna Slopek and Julie Greybush. Surviving are sons, Robert and his wife, Ginny West Chester, David and his wife, Maureen, Barnesville, and Rodney, Hazle Township; a daughter, Janet Kurzinsky, Shoemakers; a daughter-in-law, Judy Kurzinsky, Lang-horne; her fiance, Walter Car-nish; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Peter Bethlehem; a sister, Mary Kaspar, Trenton, N.J. Office of Christian Burial with Divine Liturgy will be held at 10:30 a.m.

Sign the guest book at republicanherald.com Peter Kohudic Jr. May 21, 2011 Peter Kohudic 68, of Allentown, peacefully fell asleep in the Lord at his home on May 21. His death resulted from the progressive ravages of Pick's Disease, a rare dementia, which he endured for 18 years. He was the beloved husband of Nancy Dranichak Kohudic for nearly 37 years.

Born in Frackville, he was a son of the late Peter and Mary Monsulich Kohudic. Peter earned a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from Penn State University and a master of business administration from Lehigh University He was a retiree of Air Products and Chemicals, with 26 years of active employment as a process manager. He was an active member of St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church of Bethlehem, for which he served in several capacities including choir, church council and treasurer He was a member of the Federated Russian Orthodox Clubs in which he held local and national offices including that of national president. Survivors include his wife, Nancy; brothers, Sergius and his wife, Katharine, Laugh-lin, Nev, and Michael and his wife, Patty, Ashland; nieces and nephews.

Born in Pottsville, June 13, 1948, he was a son of the late Robert C. and Mildred A. Moser Guzick. He was an Army veteran, having served in Vietnam. He was of the Catholic faith.

He employed as a steel worker and was a volunteer coach with the Pottsville Girls Youth Softball League. He is survived by his wife, the former Marion A. Evans Guzick; a son, Christopher Guzick, Pottsville; a daughter, Samantha Guzick, Pottsville; and a goddaughter, Erica Bachman. Sign the guest book at republicanherald.com Margaret Julia Kershetsky May 31, 2011 Margaret Julia Kershetsky 92, of Delano, died Tuesday morning in Coventry Manor Home, Pottstown, with her family at her bedside. She was born in Thomas, July 27, 1918, a daughter of the late Timothy and Grace Gilmore. She was a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church, Mahanoy City, and was also a member of the Women's guild of her church. For many years, she was an active member and past president of the Women's Auxiliary of Delano Fire Company and was also active with Rush, Ryan and Delano senior citizens. Her hobbies included sewing, embroidery and needlework.

She devoted her life to her family and was known to make sure they had something to eat. She was affectionately known as "Crazy Grandmother" by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert, in 1966. Surviving are three daughters, Margaret Ann, wife of Charles Mogish, Mill Hall, Sharon, wife of Leon Berna-dyn, and Dorothy wife of Jon Pichelman, Limerick; a brother, William, Lafayette, nine grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; a very special niece, Timmie Ann Lancaster; nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m.
